Are you bilingual with excellent phone and customer service skills? If so, this may be the perfect opportunity for you. We are a growing behavioral health practice searching for motivated and friendly candidates to join our team!  Monday-Friday 8am to 5pm or 9am to 6pm. No evenings or weekends.

Essential Job Functions

· Heavy inbound call volume

· Scheduling appointments for high volume medical providers

· Must possess a friendly demeanor, ability to problem solve, work well with others and independently

· Proficient with MS Office products

· Punctuality and attendance are a MUST

· Experience in mental health/substance use disorder a PLUS

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

· Call center experience

· Customer Service experience

Education and Experience

· High School diploma or GED
