Key Responsibilities:

  • Prescribe medications and manage medication treatment with attention to patient well-being.
  • Provide compassionate support to patients in recovery from addiction.
  • Engage in crisis intervention when necessary.
  • Stay updated with medical advancements through continuous learning and conferences.
  • Uphold ethical and legal standards in all aspects of care.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Board Certified Psychiatrist with an Arizona license in good standing.
  • Profound knowledge of psychiatric medications and their effects.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Empathetic and compassionate approach to patient care.
  • Deductive reasoning skills and ability to remain composed under stress.
  • Proficiency in electronic medical record (EMR) tools.
  • Ability to maintain positive working relationships within the organization.
